Welcome to Road Pickup. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of our mobile taximeter application ("App") and official website, provided by ENZTA (PVT) LTD. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Software License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device for professional taximeter calculations and fare metrics, subject to these terms.
2. Offline Utility & Data Disclaimer
Road Pickup operates as a fully offline utility tool. We do not collect, transmit, sync, or retain your location logs, coordinates, or tariff configurations. All data generated remains strictly on your device storage, and you are solely responsible for backing up any export records or logs.
3. Local Regulatory Compliance
You agree that:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that all base charges, per-kilometer pricing, day/night schedules, and waiting time multipliers configured within the App conform to local, state, and municipal regulations in your service jurisdiction.
- You will not use this software in jurisdictions where digital or GPS-based mobile taximeters are legally prohibited or require physical hardware calibration seals that this App does not possess.
4. GPS Accuracy & Warranty Disclaimers
The App calculates distances using GPS coordinates provided by your device's built-in operating systems. GPS signal accuracy can vary due to satellite visibility, weather, skyscrapers, and tunnels. Therefore, we do not warrant that fare calculations will be 100% accurate at all times, and you should cross-verify values with map estimations.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENZTA (PVT) LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of earnings, operational fines, or passenger disputes) arising from software errors, GPS coordinate calculation drops, or printer connection failures.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your software license if you violate these terms, attempt to manipulate GPS location readings, or reverse-engineer the source code.
