Road Pickup is a fully offline application. The App does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information, location coordinates, or trip history data with our servers, third parties, or any external networks. All computations, tariff presets, and trip logs are processed and stored strictly on your device's local memory.
2. GPS Location Access
To compute trip distances, waiting durations, and fares in real time, the App requires permissions to access your device's GPS location:
- Trip Calculations: Location coordinate tracking occurs strictly on your local device hardware during active metering sessions.
- Background Access: The App accesses GPS location in the background only while a trip is active to ensure fare accuracy when your screen is locked or when another application (such as navigation) is active.
- Zero Location Logging: We do not receive, log, or transmit your location data. GPS readings remain isolated on your device.
3. Local Storage & Deletion
Because the App stores your tariff configurations and trip logs locally on your device, you have complete control over this data. You can delete all history and configuration settings at any time directly through the App settings or by uninstalling the App.
4. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with remote analytics platforms, advertising SDKs, or cloud storage solutions that track your usage. Your device remains independent and secure.
